Scope of Work
We deliver transformers and ring main units, LV substations, switchgear, busbar and distribution boards, containment and cabling, power and lighting installations, earthing and lightning protection, diesel generators, UPS and central battery systems, and lighting control.
Rejoiz is registered with Dubai Electricity & Water Authority as an electrical contractor and with Dubai Municipality for electrical fitting contracting works. Our senior electrical design engineer has 24 years of experience preparing electrical design drawings, calculations and bills of quantity across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Systems tested, balanced and witnessed, then as-builts, O&M manuals, training and maintenance cover through the defects liability period.
Electrical & Power Systems — Common Questions
Are you a registered electrical contractor?
Yes. Rejoiz is registered with DEWA as an electrical contractor and carries a Dubai Municipality registry for electrical fitting contracting works, alongside trade licence 646968. The certificates come with our pre-qualification pack.
Can you take on substation and transformer works?
Yes. On the Al Forsan International Sports Resort package our scope included supply and installation of the transformer and QRM and the complete setup of the LV substation.
Do you handle lighting control and dimming?
Yes — light dimming and switching systems were part of the Shah Gas Package 9, FERTIL-2 and ENEC packages, and full lighting control systems at Al Forsan.
