MEP Contracting

Turnkey mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages for camps, towers, villa communities, schools, hotels and industrial buildings — taken from shop drawings through to handover under a single contract.

Scope of Work

Rejoiz takes the whole MEP package: shop drawings and builder’s work coordination, procurement of approved materials, installation with our own labour, testing and commissioning, then as-built drawings and O&M manuals at handover. One programme, one set of coordinated drawings, and one party answering at the handover meeting.

Every project runs on the same organization — a Project Director and an MEP Project Manager over senior mechanical, electrical, QA/QC, safety, planning and document control engineers. Our largest delivered MEP package to date is AED 47 million at Shah Gas Development Package 10.

How We Work

From Tender to Defects Liability

The same five stages on every package, so you always know who holds the scope and what comes next.

01

Enquiry & Estimation

We review the drawings, specification and BOQ, raise the technical queries that matter, and price the package against a clear scope split.

02

Engineering & Approvals

Shop drawings, calculations, load schedules and material submittals prepared for consultant and authority approval before anything is ordered.

03

Procurement & Logistics

Approved brands only, ordered against the programme by our Procurement & Logistics Manager so long-lead items do not stop the sequence.

04

Installation & QA/QC

Directly employed foremen and technicians on site, with two QA/QC engineers and safety officers keeping inspection and test records current.

05

Commissioning & Handover

Systems tested, balanced and witnessed, then as-builts, O&M manuals, training and maintenance cover through the defects liability period.

Questions

MEP Contracting — Common Questions

Can you take the MEP package on its own, or with the ELV scope as well?

Either. Most clients let MEP, ELV and ICT to us on one contract so the containment, power and coordination for the low-current systems are designed in from the start, but we are appointed on single-discipline packages too.

What size packages do you handle?

Our delivered MEP packages range from AED 7.5 million to AED 47 million. The Mafraq Workers Camp package covered complete MEP works for 44 G+2 buildings; the Akoya Oxygen Villas package covered 210 villas.

Who supervises the work on site?

A Senior Mechanical Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer each run their own foremen and technicians, with a Senior MEP / Utility Coordinator tying the disciplines together and two QA/QC engineers keeping the inspection and test records. See the project organization chart.
