Scope of Work
Maintenance is part of the scope on every package we sign, not an afterthought. We stay on the job through the defects liability period, close out defects notification reports, and hand over the as-built drawing set, the O&M manuals and operator training.
Most clients continue with an annual maintenance contract afterwards. Because the same engineers commissioned the system, a fault is diagnosed against the arrangement that is actually installed rather than against somebody else’s drawing.

Packages We Have Delivered
Three of the thirteen documented projects in our portfolio that included this scope.
From Tender to Defects Liability
The same five stages on every package, so you always know who holds the scope and what comes next.
Enquiry & Estimation
We review the drawings, specification and BOQ, raise the technical queries that matter, and price the package against a clear scope split.
Engineering & Approvals
Shop drawings, calculations, load schedules and material submittals prepared for consultant and authority approval before anything is ordered.
Procurement & Logistics
Approved brands only, ordered against the programme by our Procurement & Logistics Manager so long-lead items do not stop the sequence.
Installation & QA/QC
Directly employed foremen and technicians on site, with two QA/QC engineers and safety officers keeping inspection and test records current.
Commissioning & Handover
Systems tested, balanced and witnessed, then as-builts, O&M manuals, training and maintenance cover through the defects liability period.
Maintenance & Support — Common Questions
Is maintenance included in the contract price?
Cover through the defects liability period is part of the scope on every package we deliver. An annual maintenance contract after the DLP is priced separately.
Do you maintain installations built by another contractor?
Yes, where the as-built drawings and O&M documentation allow us to survey the installation properly. We start with a condition report and a proposed PPM schedule.
What documentation do we get at handover?
As-built drawings, O&M manuals, test and commissioning records, warranties and the closeout document set, plus operator training for your facilities team.
