Engineering & Approvals
Shop drawings, calculations, load schedules and material submittals prepared for consultant and authority approval before anything is ordered.
Procurement & Logistics
Approved brands only, ordered against the programme by our Procurement & Logistics Manager so long-lead items do not stop the sequence.
Installation & QA/QC
Directly employed foremen and technicians on site, with two QA/QC engineers and safety officers keeping inspection and test records current.
Commissioning & Handover
Systems tested, balanced and witnessed, then as-builts, O&M manuals, training and maintenance cover through the defects liability period.

Before You Send the Drawings
Can you take the MEP, ELV and ICT scope on one contract?
Yes — that is how we prefer to work. One contract removes the gaps between packages where trades usually blame each other, and the containment, power and coordination for the low-current systems are designed in from the start. You can also appoint us for a single discipline if the rest is already let.
Which emirates do you work in?
Across the United Arab Emirates, from our head office on Airport Road in Abu Dhabi and our project management office in Al Barsha 1, Dubai. Completed packages include work in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ruwais, Khalifa City and the Western Region.
Are you approved for oil and gas work?
Yes. We hold oil-field approvals from FERTIL Project Management, Al Hosn Gas (ADNOC Sour Gas) and ADNOC, and have delivered packages at the Shah Gas Development camps, the FERTIL-2 non-process buildings and the ADNOC Al Abbas School. The certificates come with our pre-qualification pack.
Do you use your own labour or subcontract the trades?
Our engineers, foremen, technicians and labour are on our own books. Eleven named engineers carry the project organization — see the key personnel schedule we submit with every tender.
What do you need from us to price a package?
Tender drawings, the specification and the bill of quantities are enough to start. If the design is not finished we can price against a scope narrative and firm it up at shop-drawing stage. Send them to info@rejoiztech.com.
