Scope of Work
Our mechanical works cover plant rooms, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FAHUs and FCUs, the full duct distribution with insulation, and the controls that run them. Air-side balancing and water-side flow readings are recorded and witnessed, so the system is proved against the specification rather than simply switched on.
The mechanical team is led by a Projects Manager with 26 years of MEP experience, supported by a dedicated HVAC projects engineer and an MEP coordinator. HVAC formed part of every major package we have delivered, including the gas-plant camps at Shah Gas and the FERTIL-2 non-process buildings.

HVAC & Air Conditioning — Common Questions
Do you design the HVAC system or only install it?
Both. Our scope on most packages is design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning. Where a consultant has produced the design we work from it and prepare the shop drawings, load calculations and duct layouts for approval.
Do you provide testing and balancing certificates?
Yes. Air and water balancing readings, commissioning sheets and the test and inspection records are compiled by our QA/QC engineers and issued with the O&M manuals at handover.
Can you maintain the plant after handover?
Yes — maintenance runs through the defects liability period and can continue under an annual contract afterwards. See maintenance & support.
