Scope of Work
Because the low-current scope is ours as well, the cable trays, containment and power for it are designed into the MEP package at the start. We deliver security and access control, telecom and AV, control and automation, and the ICT infrastructure that carries them.
The work is run by a Senior Projects Engineer with 22 years in electrical and low-current systems, certified in structured cabling and controls, and a Microsoft and Cisco certified Senior ICTS Engineer with 21 years in the UAE. Our largest ELV and ICT package to date is the five-star Al Forsan Hotel at AED 38 million.

Directly employed foremen and technicians on site, with two QA/QC engineers and safety officers keeping inspection and test records current.
Commissioning & Handover
Systems tested, balanced and witnessed, then as-builts, O&M manuals, training and maintenance cover through the defects liability period.

Do you integrate the ELV systems with the MEP scope?
Yes, and that is the main reason to let both to one contractor. On a combined package the containment, power supplies and interfaces for CCTV, access control, fire alarm and BMS are coordinated with the mechanical and electrical works from the first shop drawing.
Have you delivered guest room management and IPTV?
Yes — the Al Forsan Hotel package covered guest room management, door access control, IP telephony, master clock, intercom, IPTV and audio visual, along with the data, voice and wireless infrastructure.
Can you take a BMS-only contract?
Yes. The Yas Family Hotel package for Miral is a standalone building management system contract covering supply, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, handover and defects liability maintenance.
